Homeschool Program

International Academy Manila welcomes families who seek a flexible, values-driven, and academically sound homeschool experience. Before enrollment, please review the qualifications and requirements designed to ensure readiness for independent, parent-led or guided learning. These guidelines help us provide appropriate academic support tailored to each learner’s needs.

Our Professional Development Programs are open to educators, professionals, and lifelong learners committed to expanding their knowledge and competencies. Each program has specific qualifications based on industry standards or partner institution requirements. Homeschool Program
Qualifications:
Students must be within the age bracket appropriate to the level (e.g., 5–6 years old for Kinder, 6–7 years old for Grade 1, etc.)
Parents or guardians must commit to actively participate in the student’s home education
For grades 1 and up, the student must have completed the previous academic level (or provide equivalent assessment results)
Documentary Requirements:
Accomplished Homeschool Program Application Form
PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
Most recent Report Card or Transcript of Records (if applicable)
Two (2) 1×1 ID Photos
Parent/Guardian Government-issued ID (Photocopy)
Homeschool Portfolio (for transferees or returnees, if available)
Letter of Intent to Homeschool (template available)
Internet Access and Basic Technology Verification (for blended/online components)
Professional Development Programs
Qualifications:
At least 18 years old
High school graduate or higher (some programs may require a college degree or professional license)
Basic proficiency in English (required for TESOL and international certification courses)
Professional background or interest aligned with the selected course/program
Documentary Requirements:
Accomplished Registration Form for the Professional Program
Valid Government-issued ID (Photocopy)
Most recent academic credential (e.g., Diploma, TOR, or Certificate of Graduation)
2×2 ID Photo (white background)
Resume or Curriculum Vitae (for certain advanced or credentialed programs)
Payment Confirmation or Sponsorship Endorsement (if applicable)
